We offer prospective clients an opportunity to thoroughly discuss their event plans at a FREE one hour preliminary consultation. The consultation is designed to allow you to describe the plans you have for your event, while we offer practical, sincere advice based on our years of experience and expertise as well as our many revered partnerships with excellent service providers.

Upon conclusion of your consultation, you will be provided with a customized quote for services as well as the opportunity to move forward with securing Distinctively Yours Event Management, LLC for your celebration.

Consultations are by appointment only.

Events taking place on a Holiday

A premium of $500 is assessed for all weddings and events that occur during the following observed holidays and their corresponding weekends.

These dates include: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day. This premium will be added to the final balance of your wedding planning service contract.

Travel, lodging & ground transport expenses

The Client is responsible for all travel, lodging, and transportation fees - this includes the Consultant and all assistants (based on event requirements)

Transportation fees:

Weddings/events that occur outside of a 100 mile radius of Baltimore City will incur an additional fee of $500.

Weddings/events that occur outside of a 200 mile radius of Baltimore City will be priced as a destination wedding. Please see Distinctively Yours Destination Weddings.
